About Me

I just wanted a small place on the internet to write about my travels, which is the reason this site exists. As great as social media is, there's no real platform to write meaningful words quite like there is in a blog or an article. I am not (and never will be) an 'influencer' and so you will never find me vlogging, they are just not for me. I am old school and enjoy looking at images and reading about people's experiences. For that reason I often look for websites or blogs when I am heading to a place I know little about to get some tips and suggestions.

Every single image on this website was taken by me with my iPhone (on rare occasions a Samsung point and click). Every article is written without AI. If it seems a little rough around the edges then great - I find polished to perfection a little fake if I'm honest .
